As yet it hasn't been used as its a gift, for our daughter who is going to start her Uni course on bakery and patisserie, so we needed a good mixer for her and this came highly recommended to us. It looks fantastic, retro yet modern clean lines and has all the attachments you'd need. The glass bowl is so much nicer than a stainless one and can be put in the dishwasher and you can see the contents, whilst its doing its stuff. It is a stunning, solid and quality piece of kit and seems very straightforward to use. I will be back with more when she has used it. So far a big thumbs up!!!
