The product so far has done exactly what has been asked of it. The only criticism I have is the plastic surround on the bottom of the glass bowl cracked after two uses.

I was going to buy a more popular brand mixer but did some last minute research; this one is much more powerful (than the similar priced one). So far so good. I love the slow start to stop flour explosions and the quality is great. Very happy.

I had wanted a Kenwood Kmix for ages but always made an excuse as it was an expensive gift for myself. At long last I am now a proud owner of one purchased from AO.com. What service, price matched delivered next day lovely customer service and the guy whom I spoke to was so lovely and helpful. Next day the item arrived at 7.30am by friendly courier staff. By 11am I was baking a cake I am so happy and so are my family as baked a cake nearly every day.

Took quite a while to make my choice of mixer but decided on the Kenwood. Could not be happier, the quality is great, it does everything I want. Would definitely recommend this mixer.

Fabulous product which looks great and works great

Bought this for my family of budding bakers. My 8 & 10 yr old sons can both use it with ease; but due to its weight I (and the large glass bowl) I have to set it up for them. (If our kitchen was bigger I would leave it permanently on the worktop.) Basic Cake mixing is great. Bread making (using Dough hook) is a bit scary and I needed to stand over it, (I will probably revert to my breadmaker for mixing dough) but the one loaf I've made with it was fine. Overall the machine seems very sturdy. All attachments are dishwasher safe. Only had this a week but so far very happy.
