Easy to use great ??

Good build quality, compared to the Zanussi we had previously. Nice and quiet. Generally happy with the machine except it can be a tad temperamental about letting you choose the wash cycle. Sometimes it defaults to the economy cycle of over 3hours, and a max temperature of 40 degrees. It won’t let you select a different wash cycle even if you switch it off, unplug it, and try again. No option but to use that wash cycle till it decides to let you select a different one. Not ideal if you want a shorter, or hotter, wash. Given the cost of the machine, I would expect it to be more reliable.

I love this machine! Some may think a washing machine is purely functional. But it’s better if its functionality is optimal. I have had some nice washing machines in the past, and at that time they have been great. But this is by far my favourite machine I’ve ever had. It has every setting you would want, from a quick freshen up, to a full blown hygenic, 4 hour, wash. You can choose your temp and spin for most programmes, as well as use the time saver option (not available on all washes). The 1600 spin reduces drying time massively. It’s really hard to believe just how much!! It has a steam option on it, which I guess is just an additional layer of cleaning to the product. And will help with creasing, as clothing is not more creased due to the higher rinse. And the drum is a fabulous size. I don’t have young babies or family anymore, but it is still great to be able to fit in all the bedding, and display blankets on the bed, at once. And the best part for me, is just how quiet it is. It’s not unnoticeable (it is a washing machine after all) but it’s certainly not a rattly old engine, that sounds like it wants to take off! Overall, a piece of laundry heaven!

Quiet machine with plenty of useful cleaning settings. Definitely noticed an improvement in stain removal compared to last machine. Not used steam setting yet but a useful feature. Would recommend

Oh boy, did we need this to be a decent washing machine!! To get our old one out we had to demolish a wall we had built to form part of a utility and it took 3 days to do this!! The new machine, we fitted ourselves with some trepidation as it is the first time of doing something like this. It went quite smoothly but did take quite a while, hate the pictures in the instruction leaflet!! The machine itself is quiet and I like that I can change the length of time the programme runs on some washes,( not all though) and the fact that I can alter the temperature too. For me, the only downside so far is that , despite it saying it is a 1600 rpm spin, it doesn't feel like it is and the spin cycle on the programme I am using seems quite short, this leaves the washing less dry than I expected. Still getting used to it and haven't used most of the programmes as some are quite long but all in all, quite satisfied.

Excellent product, replacing a old hoover washer does everything needed and extra especially liking the extra steam to antibac the clothes

Really love this washing machine. Design is great and easy to use. Controls are self explanatory. Washes really well. Love the flexibility
