Nice fridge, however faulty from receiving it. Engineer unable to repair, no replacement available as out of stock for another week. AO won't refund me until they have it back, however it takes 3 to 5 working days for the money to be back into my account. The ladies on the phone and the engineer where very helpful, however I will not buy from AO again ,as I need the money back to buy another fridge. Poor customer service and refund policy .Nice fridge though if it had worked properly.
