The freezer was up and running in no time and appears to have more room than my old one..so far, so good. Chilled pretty quickly

This was an emergency buy as our old integrated deep freeze suddenly stopped working. The product is fine, does its job, fits the space. The one drawback about it is that the door (which attaches to the housing door) is slightly ‘thicker’ than that of the previous freezer. This means that you really need the door to open slightly more than 90 degrees, because you can’t get the freezer drawers fully out if the cupboard door opens against another cupboard at right angles, as ours does. The answer for us will be to get the door switched to hinge on the other side. This is just a heads-up for those with the same type of layout, as in other conformations this wouldn’t be a problem.

Product seems fine, only had it couple of days Was an integrated freezer The price was high for a low F energy rated product though. Delivery guys: one was friendly but the guy who actually installed was quite rough with my kitchen furniture cabinets etc and was not thr most polite when I asked him to deal more gently; he got quite aggressive and rude. Eventually he calmed down, fitted it ok I think but it was not a pleasant experience Not good value for money either. Sorry to leave a poor review On the plus side, about 4 years ago, I purchased a freestanding Freezer from AO and the delivery and service was good and the freezer is still working just fine. That was excellent value for money. Quarter of of the cost

Faulty unit, and still trying to get it swapped out for a working unit. Although we ordered from AO.com, I had to speak to the manufacturer directly to get an engineer out (from yet another company - Hisense) to check whether they could fix it, which they couldn't. So now I'm waiting for the Hisense report to make it's way back to Fridgemaster, so they can give me a returns code to give to AO.com. Very painful process and still no working unit nearly 3 weeks on.
