Perfect just what I needed for my tiny kitchen.

The product a a Samsung microwave arrived on time as promised . On unpacking undamaged packaging and using for the first time i noticed the oven was lower on the left hand side. On further inspection after turning it upside down i discovered the base was crushed inwards. I contacted AO customer services who informed me as the oven had been used they could do nothing about it, when asked what i should do. next i was informed they could not say in case they gave me wrong information. I feel very let down by a large retailer washing their hands of a problem once it has been used. I will not be purchasing any more products from AO in future this is an example of customer service

This product is very stylish and easy on the eyes,the colour is perfect, the size is very good, not noisy when in operation. Overall I would recommend this product to everyone.
