Bought to replace older model that was excellent - this model is lighter and the door open button can be fiddly as when you press it the whole microwave moves - you cannot wedge it against wall as you need room around machine for air to circulate. The old model was far more solid so this wasn’t a problem. That said, would have given 5 stars as these are reliable, spacious and efficient microwaves but some thought needs to be given to the design.

It seems to work very well and better than the old one No when I do things like frozen fish and chips they actually come out crispy and not soggy The delivery with ao.com as usual was very good and ahead of time. And the product is very good

Great combination microwave. Had a Samsung combi before so knew it would be good. Good size, quiet and does everything, so no need to use my conventional oven for just 2 of us. Previous model went up to 250 this one only 200 on convection but no problem really, as most things cook at this temperature or lower. Shame they don't do a stainless steel model like my previous one but the silver and black looks really nice. Highly recommend this combi microwave

Spacious and powerful microwave. A decent instruction manual would have been a nice touch as the control panel is a bit of a palava for some functions. Thankfully there’s a simple way to give things a blast in increments of 30 seconds on full power.

Great microwave! Lots of buttons but not too complicated and decent size inside for a large dinner plate
