Versatile microwave oven, easy to programme and cooks food to a tee well worth the cost very pleased

I am very pleased with this oven, that is much cheaper then the very expensive Panasonic it trplaced after around 8 years' service. It does everything we need to do, and fits nicely into our cupboard.

The microwave works well but whoever thought that white writing on a grey background was a good idea for the control panel should be shot. Luckily I have a good memory and can operate the controls without too much difficulty. If you have poor vision or any tendency to confusion avoid this otherwise very good microwave .

Very happy with this. Good value & has 3 year warranty. I’ve tried most of the functions to test it out. Couple of minor niggles but nothing I couldn’t work around - eg oven only goes up to 200c but It baked a beautiful loaf of bread at 200c anyway which I’d usually do on 220c. Dough prover seemed to dry surface of dough without it rising but I’m happy to prove dough at room temp so not an major issue. Microwave does a good job although setting the exact time you want for something is a bit of a fine art. The combi part seems good too although it will take a bit of practice to get the right settings for various things and the manual (which you have to download) is pretty woeful so it will be trial and error. There’s a single page explaining how to combine the microwave and convection which isn’t enough if you’re new to a combi, although if you’ve had one before you’ll have a good idea what you’re doing. But overall, everything I’ve cooked/microwaved in it has turned out great and it always takes me a while getting used to something new. Brilliant value for money, much better than my last combi and I don’t now have to heat main oven up for small amounts of food. Oh and it looks great!

As a chef I have been using microwave ovens both commercial and at home for more than 50 years and this Samsung model is the best for a small to medium household I have ever used. Each feature works well and produces perfectly cooked products. I am not easily impressed but this appliance is worth very penny.
