I purchased this model as a replacement for my old one which was the same model and had good use for the last 10 years +. I have been more than happy with its performance and was pleasantly surprised to find that I was able to replace the old one with the same.

Really good combination microwave ,love that it gives you the options to cook in different ways when needed. Have used for a couple of weeks now and found really easy to use. Is on the larger side compared to others but still looks great.

Seems good product but no operating manual so have to go online. Not as easy for an older customer but managed to work it out without resorting to internet!
