Doesn’t come with a manual, instead there is QR code that DOES NOT take you to the manual. Instead it takes you to the Samsung website and you have to search for the model , well done Samsung for completely failing to understand QR codes. Once you download the manual it’s not even formatted to be read on a smartphone. Phoned the support line to ask to be sent a manual, and the line was terrible and the agent unintelligible, they took my number to call me back and didn’t. Ill thought through and poorly implemented use of a very simple technology and terrible support.

This is our second purchase of this model. The first one developed a fault within 20 months. There are many useful features, which are easy to access and use. It's design is an attractive addition to the kitchen. Although we have a full electric fan assisted oven, we tend to use this microwave combination oven in preference. It is very versatile with an abundance of features.The only feature we miss from previous models is for crisping baked potatoes.

Instructions were not very clear over complicated

Great product well worth the money.

Excellent oven - microwaves well, and the convection oven is much more efficient than the one built into my cooker. Only small criticism is that the wheels under the turntable stick a little bit.

Not a microwave you can efectively operate without the instruction book but is well worth the effort.

All oven and microwave works well. Bit confusing controls for my 84yr old dad though. Would certainly buy for myself though.
