    AO.com are not allowing 1* reviews to be uploaded for this product. They delivered this fridge/freezer to me 2 days ago heavily dented and with a fridge section that is warm but both of my previous reviews posted in the last 12 hours have been blocked. Makes a mockery of allowing customers to post reviews if AO are blocking honest albeit critical reviews.

    Looks good but...

    My new Fridgemaster MC55251 fridge freezer from AO.com arrived Saturday 2nd April. As the two delivery guys were unpacking the product it was clear to see that there was a large dent at the lower rear left hand side of the fridge/freezer where the heating element is situated. The delivery guy informed me that its how its manufactured. I waited the recommended 4 hour time frame before plugging it in to allow the gasses to settle. With the fridge freezer on max cold setting the temp inside the fridge remains warm. I stocked up on food the day after delivery and it has all now spoiled. I will be calling AO.com at 8am this morning to inform them that i am rejecting the product. Not a happy customer!

    The fridge freezer is more narrow than our old one but as a family of 4 it is plenty big enough for one weeks worth of shopping. So far its been alot quieter than our old frost free fridge, which is a big plus. The only reasons i dont rate it 5 stars is that 1, i havnt owned it long enough and 2 ,that the water dispenser tank is a little small and only holds 2.5 litres of water which soon needs refilling. Overall very happy with the fridge and very happy with the delivery and service of AO.

    Arrived damaged on first delivery, second delivery was delayed longer than I would expect. Second item also arrived damaged but part is apparently on it's way. Now that the item is in situ, I have no problems with it - freezer has more "frost" than expected for a frost-free fridge but the drawers for fridge and freezer are spacious and as expected.
