The product is everything we wanted, however the water container was very difficult to remove and when I followed instructions the nossle broke off.Ihave informed them and spoke to a lady called Alex who informed me she would order a new one.That was one week ago,am still waiting for replacement

Great price and looks amazing in my kitchen.
The water dispenser is a nice feature, especially as it doesn't need plumbing in like my old one, just fill up and go. The doors were surprisingly easy to reverse to open the opposite way, given a little help from a friend lol.
