The Fridge/Freezer is better than the description, looks and feels better quality than the one I have replaced it with. All the drawers feel solid, unlike others I have had. And the price was reasonable for the product purchased.
As for the service, I can't fault AO, I've purchased off them several times now and always been happy with them. The delivery crew's are always there within the time slot given and all those I've had are always friendly and cheerful.
Thank you AO for another satisfying and quality purchase. I will keep on recommending you to family and friends.

Easy to install, sensibly laid out and smart. Overall pleased and consider it good value for money. The only (minor) down side is the water dispenser - not the easiest to remove to clean, and the relatively small capacity means I need to refill it daily (for one person in the house).
