I ordered this fridge freezer after ordering another one from a different company and it turning up and being far too small. The fridge freezer arrived and is the perfect size with lots of fridge space and a decent amount of freezer space. The drawers and fairly solid plastic not flimsy at all. Also comes with the added bonus of a water dispenser. Lovely black finish. Would recommend.

The appliance arrived damaged and was offered 20% compensation but decided to have product exchanged as the Dent was too noticeable .After arranging an exchange AO.com took 10% back from my bank without emailing the details as they said they would do ,yesterday the scheduled time for excahnge of Appliance was 8.30-9.30am and they called at 8.15 i returned the call they had left my building and surrounding street sa nd had no call back for an hour and they didnt return with new appliance and have charged me £30 for having the damaged Appliance ,now i have another scheduled date for tomorrow ,i wouldnt purchase from this company again ,no good will gesture and the after care team advisor used inappropriate words to my mum

It’s a good looking peace for the kitchen, doesn’t look too big but plenty of room inside. We are a family of 5 so I do need enough space. I couldn’t recommend anything better. The water dispenser is a bonus. My kids are now able to make a drink without making a mess.

Excellent fridge freezer. Well made, solid, very nice looking, great split between fridge and freezer. The water dispenser is well placed and there is still room for large pop bottles/milk cartons in the door. Well thought out shelving space, enough space for a BIG full shop in both fridge and freezer. Great value for money. Arrived very well packed and was placed perfectly in kitchen. We were kept fully updated re. arrival slot and received a courtesy call before arrival. Thankyou. Excellent customer service from point of sale to delivery.
