The product is fine but the condition of it not so good, the first one which was delivered had a big dent in the front, I was offered 30% off or a replacement, I chose the replacement. This came and had a dent and a bump on the side, I was then offered 15% off or a replacement. Having already been through this once I did not want the hassle again especially when the time slots are 12 hours long and a 4 hour window not given to you till the morning of the delivery date and if the first two had dents then I could imagine that a third would have also, so I got 15% back. The staff I spoke to were all extremely helpful and very understanding but I just can’t believe it happened twice.

In this difficult times, it is a challenge to make a decision on buying a fridge without being able to physically see it. The fridge is more than I expected and appears sleek and expensive. It is in use for about 3 weeks now, and I am so satisfied with the decision I made!

Well presented fridge freezer. Additional freezer for the garage. Plenty of storage space, nice and bright. Good price for the product presented.

Great product

Deceptively small freezer section, very disappointing. I had to send some of my frozen food to a relative even though this new fridge freezer was meant to be bigger than my old one. It's TINY, way too shallow. The light is nice and fridge is spacious but the glass shelves are no good for jars/hard objects (easily scratched). The door also doesn't hold bottles and cartons securely; cartons fell out at me when I opened it. Overall it looks nice but has quite a few flaws.
