It was an excellent buy. Not the cheapest product but perfect for me. Delivery service was excellent took away my old fridge freezer. Took only one day from order to delivery and this was at Christmas. Will definitely use agIn

Nice and quiet plenty of room for what we need

It's lovely fridge freezer, very good price and has lots of room, even thought its narrower than a lot of the ones I looked at. Freezer department has a lot of space and the drawer at the top is a great idea. And it's really quiet. No need to spend a fortune on an expensive brand this brand is great.

I like the door and shelf arrangement easy to sort food into just where I need it for ease of access and the fridge freezer is quiet , good value.

After waking up Xmas morning to a burning smell (my fridge freezer was hot.had to throw everything away turkey gammon all frozen goods the lot! I needed a new one fast . It Arrived in good time. Lovely and quiet, my old Candy one was so noisy, had to check this one was plugged in as couldn’t hear it! So far so good. At a good price too.

Basic fridge freezer that does the job. No bells or whistles (no temperature display or anything like that). This is a basic but decent fridge freezer that holds a decent amount of shopping for two people (or more if you eat the same things) over the course of the week. Mid-temp setting on dial is more than adequate to keep food cool. Anything higher tends to freeze food in the salad drawer. Not very loud at all. Door not quite heavy enough as it sometimes stops just short of closing but a spray of WD40 on the hinges fixed that. Doors can be remounted on either side and that is quite a straightforward process. Glass shelves are of good quality but freezer drawers are quite thin and wouldn't take a lot of punishment or dropping. Frost free system seems to work fine (after a week since purchase). AO delivery was a bit hit and miss, box had broken glass embedded in it that driver had to remove but that could have scratched the unit (but didn't thankfully). Driver would only leave just inside door unless you pay for installation - not I understand the difference there to be honest. Fridge had a couple of very minor blemishes from manufacturing I'd say but this is a £250 fridge freezer, not a £500 unit. Overall happy as this this a second fridge. Not sure I would want to use as my only fridge freezer though. As I say ok for two people. I'd say 3 people's shopping over a week would be a push.
