I am extremely pleased with this purchase; it was delivered on time and in tip top condition the delivery drivers were very polite and extremely careful. I am looking to but a fridge soon and I know I will receive a good service from AO. I do strongly recommend the company to anyone who chooses to buy from them.

The appliance has been plugged in for about a week and so far it's working perfectly. I have it on approx 3/4 - there is no frost and everything is as it should be. It is sat in a cold utility room. The inner ledge is helpful as is the basket, but I currently have everything in insulated/cool bags bought from supermarkets so that even the items at the very bottom can be more easily accessed. The bags are also being kept cold ready for any picnic use I guess. Not sure how costly it is to run yet but the appliance itself following some research seems to be good value especially when comparing storage space and cost with the tall freezers which is what I was initially shopping for.

Perfect size not too big like the larger chest and not as small as the standard size. This is just perfect for a family needed that little extra freezer room
