Ice build up within a fortnight

Perfect slightly smaller replacement for my previous chest freezer.... however l mark it down 2 stars as firstly for some who's only 5'4" l can not reach the bottom an need a grabber to get things from the bottom. The other issue was a build up of ice on the bar of the basket one end. I have tried bending the bar as best l can, but am still getting slight build up of ice.... tried again and will give it 1 more month before l go back to complain.... as might be the seal

Good size and seem to freeze well. However the inside material pierces very easily , its like tin foil . Hoping this wont be a Problem .

Great service after all these years

What a great company to buy from, this has been my 7th purchase over the years and they still get service right. Only reason it is not 5 stars is a small dent on the top of door. Only noticed it after taking the packaging off, no idea when it happened could have been anywhere in the processes of manufacture or delivery. It’s not an issue for me this lives in the garage.
