Its been almost 2 weeks. So far so good. I think its a good freezer. Bigger than I thot it would be. Not very heavy only 25 kg, weight of a bag of basmati rice, lighter than my portable air con which I had to lug up the stairs. I read people's reviews about dents, possible softer metal of the housing but mine was perfect. It may be a Chinese own brand but its made it Italy, I think and Czech per EU standard and quality.

The unit works great and has plenty of room for what we need. It costs roughly 1p an hour to run at the current rate.

Basic chest freezer but ideal for small family no fancy trimmings just does what it's for. Our other freezer was too large often finding out if date food lost at the bottom so opted for a smaller one to stop this hopefully.

Great price, only had it a week but perfect for what we need of a family of 3 plus my baby doggy!

Sadly there was some damage to the item but a quick call and it was replaced the very next day. They even offered to take away my old appliance for free. AO clearly realise the importance of great customer service. I wouldn’t use anyone else now
