Delivered quickly, the team who delivered it were professional and polite. The freezer works well, it got down to correct temperature in about an hour. The only negative is the paint finish on the lid (hence 4*) it is very thin, and scratches easily. That aside it is quiet in operation and the quick freeze is quick the freezer is suitable for an out building (this has no self defrost capability) but I knew that when I purchased it. Overall good value and does what it should.

Really happy with our new freezer, it’s smart in black and has handles both front and sides. A bonus is that there is a light that comes on when you open the lid. Although we thought it looked a little smaller than the old one it seems to have so much more room.

Really great product especially for the price, ready to use from unpacking quickly, great size and so far hasn’t effected my energy consumption much at all. My only issue would be that the manufacturer should provide more than one basket but these are easy enough to obtain online to keep things organised. Great service from delivery drivers too

Freezer was what we wanted,easy to unpack and with informative and straightforward setting up instructions. Upon startup the freezer reached the desired set point in a couple of hours enabling a quick transfer of food from our old freezer. Very happy with it and would recommend,lots of room and ideal for a large family.
