This is the 3rd time I have purchased a high cost item from ao.com. I have purchased a hifi,electric cooker and very recently a chest freezer. All items work great and are very good value for the price! Arrived with a dent on side. No answer from phones because of COVID. Stuck with it now. Otherwise fine. Packing should be better as showed no sign of damage

I needed a chest freezer for all my home baking and batch cooking. I also buy lots of meat for dogs which takes up a fair amount of space. I found this freezer which was a good size without being too big and able to be kept in the garage and exactly what I was looking for. The price was competitive and the energy efficiency good for a chest freezer. It is very light and so easy to move for cleaning. An excellent way to have a good supply of frozen food items such as home made loaves of bread. It means I can bake more in one go and store in the freezer saving me time.

I chose the fridge master mainly for cost but I’m über the moon with it. Not only is it excellent value for money but it’s quiet and seems to be very efficient. Excellent service from AO as always.
