The two baskets are brilliant for putting open packets in or for items you want to find quickly. It is very quiet, so quiet that I have to keep checking to make sure it is on!! The interior light is very helpful and quite bright making it easier to find what you are looking for. I would recommend this freezer to anyone looking to buy a chest freezer.
