Great item at a great price with great service by the ao delivery team. Ordered for my parents who live in sheltered accommodation and the delivery driver brought it to second floor in the lift and nothing was a problem which makes a change when delivery drivers find out it’s upstairs. The ao gentleman told my parents they could use freezer straight away as it had been transported upright. All in all a great experience I’ve used myself previously but never had anything delivered to an alternative address which was just as easy. The freezer is a good size with plenty room and is also very quiet which is great as it’s within a small kitchen diner living room. Thank you
