The item arrived well packed and easily removable from the packaging if you follow the instructions. The freezer is small and compact but should take quite a good quantity of food. The only recognisable problem is that you will need to remove items from the freezer in order to get something from the bottom. However this applies to most chest freezers and we took this into consideration when purchasing the item.

Lovely unit, size is perfect for small family as an extra freezer to store some batch cooking; energy consumption is low.

Very pleased with this freezer, it fits nicely in the place were my old freezer was situated and it is soooh quiet., the first couple of days after it was installed I checked it so many times thinking it was not working, that is how quiet it is. I live alone and there is plenty of room inside, it could easily suffice a small family. The delivery guys were really nice, they unpacked and put it in place, very efficient, no mess. I am glad I chose ao. and this freezer.
