I have had excellent service from AO. I purchased Bosch Compact MCM3501MGB 2.3 Litre Food Processor and discovered a missing accessory. After contacting AO they were immediately in contact with the suppliers. I had updated emails informing me of the progress. Very polite and efficient. However the Food Processor is working well. I'm only 1 week in but the Hummus from the blender is perfect!! Not too bulky to sit on my worktop although it's a little like the Krypton Factor working out how to fit all the accessories into the bowl...but they do after a little patience.
