First of all AO always delivers on time. The IPad was a replacement for my wife’s old iPad not enough memory. The price was very good and for a known product very reasonable. Always look at AO site when buying white goods. Never let us down yet.

I needed to change my ipad as I was unable to get recent updates. This new 10 Series is OK but a bit annoying as I have to change peripheral items such as charging plug, earphones etc

Less complicated than the Air or Pro version when you get used to swiping up instead of pressing the home button. Ideal for those who want the basic functions to work well with excellent graphics and more than adequate processor reaction time.. Less sophisticated that it,s more expensive stable mates but great value for money for those who are not gamers and want to use apps , online shopping ,messaging and mail etc.

I'm normally a technophobe But I love this IPAD, my son made the suggestion due to needing a big screen I had only used one well know make previously and thought tablets were much the same I was wrong The quality of the sound, visual on screen and the easy to use features are great I highly recommend this product as you will not be disappointed Regards Happy Customer
