Bought to replace a Baumatic microwave after 6-7 years. Installed it without problem in my existing unit, plugging it in in the same socket. Took a little while to work out how to use it, but simple one button push for 30, 60,90, etc.. heating up. Lots of space compared with old product. Have used a couple of the Auto cook functions, needing to refer to the manual each time, but this is the same for any more complex product like this. Seems to need the door to be opened and closed before it will let you proceed...I am sure there must be some safety reason for this. Overall very satisfied. Just installing my Hotpoint double oven, which I hope will be just as good.

Ordered this to go with my hotpoint double oven as had a hotpoint oven before and was happy with it. Seems to be ok does what it’s supposed to do and looks good. Not tried the grill yet .

We had to replace a previous Hotpoint Microwave because the display colours were different from the Oven, now replaced but the display numbers are larger than the oven, why can't this all be consistent?? Or is this a bit of OCD??

Really pleased with the microwave - very versatile. The grill is very efficient and the crisp feature with plate is great - sausages cooked and browned in superfast time. Flat breads and pizza slices heated and crisped too. Looks good.

Good delivery time , even on a bank holiday. East to install. Looks fantastic .

Only in use for 6 weeks after a kitchen refit. No problems, but manual could be a bit clearer and more informative.

Looks great and easy installation. Sleek and easy to clean. Love the fact you can choose the wattage. Just one small comment and that is on the bottom, the hinges can be seen because the decorative black strip does not cover them. However this is only a minor concern and does not really distract the eye.
