Site was very informative and choice was good. Full description and useful video regarding product chosen. Delivery information spot on, arrived on time and fitter was very polite. Worked efficiently and gave full demonstration on how to use cooker.

Replaced our old oven. Works fine so far, but we don't like the fan on after cooking. About 10 minutes would be ok, but 42 minutes is too much. Simple to use. Can't comment yet about the cleaning.

I’m a great fan of Bosch appliances always reliable, well made to the highest standard. When I needed a new oven there was no other option for me. This item certainly lives up to the quality expected. Brilliant.!!!!

Fabulous double oven, easy to use, easy to clean and cooks perfectly. My only small niggle is when the oven is turned on a red light shows it is on but not up to temperature, it would have been nice to have a green light show when oven is ready. Not really a problem, just a preference.
