I am very impressed with my apple mini smart speaker (blue) a really impressive sound from such a small product.and the great things it does on top of great sound I can play all my music through it .i am well happy with it thanks David

The mini HomePod has excellent base and works perfectly in my home

Really good sound and link up with your Apple account. Multiple home pods can be linked which is cool. The only downside is it has no battery so must be connected to a power source.

Amazing sound quality!

Good sound quality, but no bbc sounds ‘hey siri’ integration (u have to airplay BBC from iphone etc)

The HomePod has good clear sound with strong base notes for a small speaker. It integrates well with apple products.

Great sound in a small package, looks really good too. Siri is not quite up there with google and amazon in terms of assistance but can do all the basics well.

Really great sound (we got it to use with our AppleTV and with another HomePod, so that we can get a true stereo pair set up). Really good with other Apple kit, not sure how much use it would be if you didn't already have iPhones, iPad, AppleTV, etc.
