Item was a substitute for another manufacturer’s integrated oven/microwave combi which was very unreliable. This o e looks smart and sleek and was very easy to install. Lots of extra accessories with this too. So far, very happy. Only minor criticism is that the operating of it isn’t naturally intuitive as other appliances so find I have to refer to the instructions more than I would have expected to, but will get there!

This was the best priced combination microwave we could find, it replaces our broken Siemens combi microwave that broke, which we couldn't afford to replace, and it blends in nicely with out built in Siemens oven underneath. Easy to operate, simple switching from different modes, grill, microwave, combi, defrost etc. The crisp feature is useful, place a pizza/oven chips etc on the crisp tray and they come out nice and crisp. Comes with a rack, crisp tray, steaming bowl and cover to place over your food when cooking. Quick start feature on microwave, press the cook button and 30secs is added to the cook time with each press. Additional presses of the 'up' button add 10secs to the cook time. Would be nice if the interior light was brighter to give a better view of your food as it cooks so you can see if milk is about to boil over. I can just about see is it is. The touch screen on/off button was faulty on ours, but AO sent a Hotpoint engineer out who replaced the sensor behind the panel and it works fine now.

We’ve had this for a week and have now got used to the settings - they are really quite simple and all is well. The on/off button has to be pushed quite hard - the rest are touch buttons. We recommend this oven.

The microwave works well but I do find it difficult to use. The controls are hard to see and I have to get the instructions out most times I use it. I am a pensioner so maybe that's where the problem lies.

Microwave looks very classy, with black glass and stainless steel handle it is a oven and grill as well, it has a large interior, so can take a dinner plate ,it has a stainless steel interior, so easy to clean, I’m still not 100 per cent sure how to use it yet , as touch controls but getting used to it now, would recommend it

Easy to instal, well packaged and has good instructions. Very pleased with the quality and how it cooks particularly the crisping selection!

Easy to install and started using it straight away. Looks good simple and Elegant a good size for the family meals.

Excellent service from ordering to installation. Controls quite complicated, microwave has many functions. Design fits well into my kitchen.
