This product does everything it says it does, once I read the instructions a couple of times I understood how all the many functions work and have used most of them, I have not used my regular oven since this arrived

So simple now. We had the whirlpool predecessor to this & found it quite complicated. This model, however, is a dream to operate. Looking forward to years of easy use. I guess that there were complaints about the controls & it looks like they have listened. Nice.,

Only used the microwave and grill so far but nice looking and seems efficient. Bought it because it blended with my Neff oven.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WANT TO USE THE OVEN. This can only be used as a microwave as, according to the engineer who came out to check, the oven function 'does now work like a normal oven'! It takes twice as long to reach the required temperature and then if you open the oven door the temperature drops dramatically (as shown by the engineer's thermometer) so you have to reheat again. We thought there was a fault on this but the engineer said no so guess what - we have been charged £70 to be told the oven is not fit for purpose. Hotpoint said to take it up with the seller - as it is obviously not their problem! Oh, and the control panel is difficult to read and overly complicated. We will never buy Hotpoint again.

After conquered the menu we find the oven performs well and easy to navigate, one nit pick is the display, it is not at all clear in normal lighting conditions. It would enhance this product enormously if the delay were illuminated.
