Product was delivered next day which was a Sunday. It was timely and product was as was advertised. The product is performing excellent. No issues at all

The service which was provided was exceptional from ao left looked after from beginning to end, the delivery men were lovely with in about 2 seconds the fridge was in the house and they were unpacking it they also kept me updated all day so I knew it was safe to go out for a few hours without missing the delivery, this is very different from my first experience using ao and clearly the company are more customer focused. I'd like to make a special mention to Sarah who helped me with this processes would definitely recommend using ao to everyone, I work for domestic and general so will definitely always give ao good credit and recommend them always for our replacements. The item itself looks lovely and is exactly as described.

Needed a fridge freezer in my narrow kitchen this is exactly what I was looking for big enough for the space I had and very surprised that the freezer part has plenty of room for everything as I removed my food from at chest freezer into it and it all fitted the fridge has loads off room with two big draws to store your fruit and veg I'd recommend this product it's fantastic.
