Love the look of this microwave, quite stylish on my worktop. All functionalities work really well in particular the defrost setting is great! AO’s deliveries are also great with text updates and even a phone call from the driver. I would 100% recommend not only the microwave but buying from AO too!

It's early days, so I'm still getting used to the controls which are quite different from my previous microwave which I had had for many years. The instructions booklet is okay but very basic and there's probably a more detailed manual on-line which seems to be the norm these days. It doesn't take long to get to grips with how things work, however, and so far I'm very pleased with how the appliance performs. I like Samsung products (I already have a fridge-freezer and washing-machine) so I have every confidence that I will be just as happy with my latest Samsung appliance.
