This is an excellent microwave and is exactly what I wanted

I love this microwave so easy to use and especially the blue inside the only negative I have is that you can't see inside when its cooking you have to keep opening the door to check on food etc

Product arrived with a dint in the top over a week ago. I contacted AO via the live chat and they told me to send images to a website and they would sort it, which I did immediately. Still had no response. Currently gone for over a week with no microwave as I do not want the one they have sent me with a dint in the top of it. Terrible customer service.

Does everything you could possibly want from a microwave. Easy to use, looks great. Only minor complaint is you can't see the food inside as it's cooking (no doubt going to result in some spilled porridge one day soon)

Absolutely love the product it looks and works great! Unfortunately, on the day of delivery the driver gave an allocated time of delivery but turned up almost half an hour before and did not even attempt to call me. When speaking to the AO advisor, he was very helpful but unfortunately I had to then wait until the end of the week for it then to be redelivered. Not convenient but cannot complain about the service received!

I use it mainly for warming up food and defrosting but it has a lot more features I will explore over the coming weeks to see how it really performs. Stylish and modern finish, sleek and great price. What's not to love?!
