Excellent product and all great service which is really amazing in today's world

This product has a great range of features that are actually useful. The soften / melt function let's you melt or soften butter / chocolate etc. Deodorising leaves the oven smelling clean. Good quick heat option with decent power.

Really nice average size microwave. Heats food well. Have not tried all the programme. I mainly use the 30secs option which I find convenient as you can adjust the time length. Like the fact it has a handle.

Looks great. Easy to use. Shame about the not being able to look inside during cooking.

This is the second Samsung microwave I've owned and it is much better than the previous one I owned. It is easier to use and much less fiddly as it is operated by buttons and no annoying dials. Good value for the money. Service from ao excellent. Would definitely recommend both the microwave and ao,com.

Good price, looks great on kitchen worktop and prompt delivery. Microwave easy to set up and with the ceramic interior will know it will be easy to clean and keep clean as being used by whole family.
