More complicated than my old microwave, but I'm getting used to it now. J C Cronin BA (Hons).

I did my home work on all microwaves, wanted a ceramic coated inside, read the reviews, Samsung was the best for price, easy to work, looks so sleek and neat...Very pleased with product, the easy ordering, and prompt delivery.. My old micro wave started to peel inside, ceramic had a good report.//

We had a Samsung for 31 years. It still works! for our new house we wanted a new Samsung. With more controls, the microwave remains straight-forward to use - just like the our original. And we love the black colour, it fits well with our kitchen work surfaces. And it helped me cater for 16 on Boxing Day.

Very happy with this microwave, looks great, simple to use and has some useful features. Easiest way to cook is just to use the start button, each press adds 30 seconds, you can then use the arrow keys to fine tune to the nearest 10 seconds if needed. The reminder beep when you don't take your food out is useful, as is the ability to turn off the clock. A common criticism of this oven is the dark door meaning you can't see your food cooking, whilst this is true, I never stand round watching it so it doesn't bother me.

I just love this microwave, its simple to use, looking amazing.

I bought this Samsung microwave to replace another recently bought Sharp one as it turned out to be faulty. Thinking Samsung must be a better brand, I looked forward to operating it. It turned out to be disappointing a little for the following reasons. Too dark and black all over, even around the buttons. Difficult to choose programmes unless the kitchen is very well lit. The glass to dark, so you can’t see the food inside even with the light. Altogether not that user friendly. It does the job though I guess.

Great looking microwave which matches our other appliances. Love the way it beeps after a minute or so to remind us the food/drink is ready. Easy to clean however we always place a plate over the vessel containing the food to avoid splashing. The black finish is excellent and wipes clean easily. It’s very simple to use and the instructions are very helpful. Although a mid range product it is at least as good as higher price microwaves.

Classy and stylish microwave, really like it but only negative is light does not stay on inside when cooking.
