Everything great. Build quality a bit flimsy but the reduced price was fair

We purchased the MS23K3513AK as size and colour appealed to our needs. Our old Sharp microwave of 20+ years was now too large for our kitchen. After receiving our new microwave, we first found that the interior light is useless as you can hardly see a thing. This when looked into we found was a common criticism of this model - we should have reviewed more thoroughly prior to purchase! After 4 months, without a great deal of use, our microwave decided to give off smoke and a burning smell so we immediately stopped using and reported. The fault was with the transformer and we were then without a microwave for a few weeks as Samsung wanted to repair the faulty unit. We had hoped due to the value that it would have just been replaced. This has left us disappointed with our purchase but also with no confidence to ever try a Samsung product in the future!

I am very pleased with this choice. The microwave is easy to use and has a very good appearance. Both the defrost and cooking programmes appear to work more efficiently than my previous microwave which was in a similar price bracket. The black inner walls are wonderful - easy to keep clean and with curved joints there is less opportunity for accumulation of condensation etc which caused unsightly staining in my last one.

Very easy to operate and much bigger internally than I had thought it was going to be. A good purchase.

Great purchase well worth money

Loving it ,it’s big in size.

Its doing the job and super cheap. I adjusted 2 favorite programs, one for bread defrost and the other for heat a meal from fridge. Not using pre-installed programs.
