Purchased to replace previous microwave which finally failed after 34 years. This new Samsung seems to works just fine, with various ways to quickly set it going. We've yet to use the auto cook features so unknown how accurate the timings are. Supplied with a simple user manual but needed to download the full user manual to fathom out the quick defrost/soften melt features button sequence. The internal light goes out during cooking, a shame as we find it reassuring to see the food rotating during cooking. And the door feels less sturdy than previous oven but probably much as can be expected for the price, which ironically was much the same as previous 34-year-old oven despite 34 years of inflation! In conclusion we're fairly happy with this oven.
