Good quality, easy to use and good price

Well designed, quieter than a lot of microwaves. Cooks evenly, lots of easy shortcuts and a reminder beep each minute after cooking cycle. Worth paying the extra pounds for less noise and better quality. Excellent service, great communication and lovely delivery guys as always with ao.com.

Works perfectly, looks nice with the simple black look, but the door is very dark, you can’t see in while it’s on, not a massive issue but it is sometimes useful to be able to see into the microwave while it’s on

Very good. Fits snuggly on the worktop. Feels sturdy and well built.

Food was only getting warm not as hot as previous microwave .Although only had it few weeks Samsung insisted on sending out an engineer who despite me wanting an exchange replaced the magnetron - still not as good as previous microwave same wattage etc

Brilliant I love it ,good value for money, cooks the food pippin hot ,I'm glad I got it
