    My old microwave was on its way.. I love the fact that it has the eco function and deodoranizing function too .. great after heating up a curry.. cost efficient too??

    This microwave is easy to use,a lot quieter than my old Panasonic we've had for 20 years,that was a good one too.I like the ceramic inside of the oven,heats the food like it should.

    Packaged so poorly when I lifted the polystyrene off the top the glass plate fell to the floor and smashed into a thousand pieces and noone will return my email to get a replacement so currently unable to use the new microwave.

    Does say it has steam mode but does not unless you buy the steam product but cac not find one to buy anywhere
