Great microwave, except there are a lot of steps involved if you want to use it to warm up your milk for the morning coffee. Other than that its great.

Very pleased with the microwave but the instruction booklet that comes with it isn’t very good . Using the model number we have been able to download more comprehensive instructions from the net. Can fit a dinner plate in it easily. Also still unclear whether we should register the item with Samsung as so far we haven’t come across details of how to the warranty works.

Product exactly as described. The eco button attracted me to this product and I am not disappointed.

Nice compact size, great for my small kitchen. However, I believe it's a product design fault to not allow you to view inside through the door, as you have to keep opening it manually to check your food.

The transparent door is not transparent as others have said but apart from that it seems good.

Thought it was same as old Samsung, new things to learn how to use. Haven’t been using long, but so far great.
