Amazing microwave, looks modern and great value

Easy to set-up, easy to use, great value for money

It came without a user manual, when I followed the link I got to a general Samsung page not the manual for my microwave. it has been impossible to register the product, a link took me to flight information about an eastern European flight. Since trying I have been pestered by emails about Samsung phones! The basic functions are good and possibly over time I might work out how it all works!!!

My old microwave, whilst working okay had a problem with the door seal. So this Samsung Model felt like a suitable improvement. It's definitely an upgrade and the size is fine for my small kitchen. I've used it daily, so far and it heats food perfectly. The set up was really easy, setting time also easy (although sure I'll need to check user-guides when the UK clocks change). Overall the microwave is really to use and clean, took me a little while to figure out how to set the cooking time. I'm very happy with the microwave and the service received from AO.
