Really happy with it so far, nice sleek design and heats up food quickly! Cleans up without any fuss too which is a bonus.

The product is a nice design. However, although the same power as our previous microwave, it seems to take more time to do the same job! Also, there is an internal light which although illuminated when cooking, cannot be seen through the darkened door. Not so handy if you're keeping your eye on something....you can't see it! A minor thing, but annoying, it beeps 4 times at the end of cooking. It's rather loud and repeats after 30 seconds if you haven't opened the door. Overall, a little disappointed.

So far happy with the product. Looks really nice and gives you many cooking programmes. The only thing we didn't like is the fact you cannot see whats happening inside due to black glass finish.

I like that this has an enamel interior as the paint on my last microwave flaked off so this one should stay good. I needed this size, looks and works fine, maybe not as quick but seems to heat food evenly. Pleased this size fits my dinner plates. Simple. All good.

The order was so straight forward, product arrived on time and it is a really good quality microwave.

Really happy with this purchase. Not one of the cheaper brands as you can get a combi microwave for the price of this....but it looks very stylish and very simple to use. Very impressed

I was extremely disappointed with this item. I know it's not an expensive microwave but it was much much cheaper looking than I expected from Samsung. I eneded up sending it back to AO and purchased and Panasonic model which is far far superior
