The microwave was just like it was advertised, great quality, love all the variety of heating up food etc , overall great product and the right price

Really easy to use and pretty.

the product had items missing, and was uneven on the base. we had to use putty on the base to level it out,should have sent it back but could'nt be bothered with the hassle.

Brilliant microwave, smart, easy to operate and efficient in use. Instructions could be clearer for the uninitiated and control buttons and emblems more pronounced, especially on the all-black models. All in all though, this is a good quality buy at a reasonable price and well worth having as a cooking appliance of convenience.

Really good product, heats up the food evenly. It has ceramic inside which helps when cleaning and saving energy. The design is clean and practical. All preset buttons helps you to choose the best option to heat or defrost your food.

Nice product, it's compact on the outside with a small footprint but is roomy inside and allows for a 27cm plate, it has enamel insides so is easy to clean, the plate and ring are removable too. It is let down by the black glass door and very low light level inside making it extremely hard to see the food cooking so I foresee many drinks or liquids boiling over. Having said that, it is only 800watts so I'm having to increase the cooking time as I'm used to a 900watts machine.

The packaging is rather misleading as it shows a generic Samsung. The microwave is excellent however.
