Very pleasing to look at. Easy to use. Lovely interior makes for easier cleaning. Ample capacity for full size dinner plate. Very pleased with overall look and instructions

The product is well made with many functions. However when the microwave is operational you cannot see what’s happening in the chamber, as the internal light is extremely dim. I’ve tried without success to contact Samsung about this design fault, because using it without seeing inside the chamber is totally unacceptable.

So far so good. Only had it a week but it’s great so far and looks neat.

Works perfectly, super simple to use. No complaints

I have always used Samsungs and nothing else. Though the design is a little boring, but its rock solid.

We really like the smart look of this microwave. Easy instruction and big enough inside without taking up much more room than our old one. We like the deodaridser setting too. Sturdy handle and controls. Would of liked to see inside when using but it seems standard with the others we looked at.

Looks and performance are very good
