Amazing fridge. Looks incredibly stylish. Was apprehensive about the ice machine but it works amazing, so brilliant having an endless supply of ice at the push of a button, definitely makes drinking a lot nicer and more fun.

Problems with the ice dispenser since bought. First of all it didn’t dispense and a new part was sent but now it dispenses everywhere and goes all over the floor rather than in the glass!

Bought from you on recommendation of your company, I have not been disappointed at all right from when order was placed to delivery both men were fantastic unpacked my American fridge freezer stood where it was to be stored until kitchen is finished and took away all the rubbish. I am so pleased with the fridge freezer it looks good it has water and ice compartment and plenty of room and the price fantastic only disappointment no wine rack with this f/f although there is plenty of bottle space in the fridge I explained that I won't be using the f/f for a while and was told it will be noted with the company when I start using it and if there should be any problems they will deal with it straight away. What more could I ask for thank you.

I recently moved, leaving my Fridgemaster Fridge Freezer as part of the sale. I upgraded to this model, with its ice maker, and have been delighted with it. The fridge looks stunning in my new kitchen and, as it doesn't need plumbing in, was simplicity itself to install. The price is equally attractive. Highly recommended.

Lovely Fridge, and value for money

I wasn't sure if I'd like the fact this isn't a plumbed firdge, but actually, the water storage capacity means I'm not often having to fill it up often so on balance I'm pleased with our decision. Loads of storage too in both the fridge and freezer

came with an error on the ice machine, e6. working to get it replaced now.

The fridge itself seems really well thought out with some small touches that help. But that planning didn't extend to a wine rack which i really thought would be a given. The surface on the outside is easily smudged and shows up every single touch and be warned, that if you use a paper towel to clean it, it will generate micro scratches so the exterior won't stay looking nice for long. After spending hours staring at the inside of the fridge I decided that it really did need a wine rack and/or another shelf. It has space for 4 but only comes with 3. So searched using 5 major online spares companies but none even recognised the model which was a worry, so had no spares. So I called Fridgemaster, but it isn't Fridgemaster it's a parent company Called Hisense. Now they didn't actually recognise the model number either which gives me even more cause for concern as I have paid for an extended warranty. And no, they don't do a wine rack for this model apparently and have no idea how to go about getting another shelf. So all in all it's a worrying situation where they company doesn't actually exist despite claiming "We believe that manufacturers need to be there after the sale" and the parent company doesn't even know how to get spares. Kind of regretting this purchase now and concerned for any future problems. Look, water and ice dispenser is ok. But it does seem to throw ice around a bit and you will always miss some which will end up on the floor and water flows very slowly.
