Fridge is a little loud and it’s really noisy when dumping Ice but that I can live with. What I can’t live with is the pitiful manufacturers warranty of 1 year. It tells me that don’t put immense faith into their machines. I’m 18 months into ownership and the freezer has stopped making ice and makes a continuous, very loud banging noise. Contacted to manufacturer who were less than helpful and just kept repeating “it’s out of warranty” they want to charge me like I didn’t pay enough at time of purchase for an appliance I expect to last longer than 18 months

Bought this to replace our old fridge freezer after having our kitchen redecorated. So far really pleased with the appliance! Plenty of space inside and the water and ice feature will save us time and money buying bottled water! Would highly recommend

We were a little unsure about the water chiller/ice maker with it no being plumbed in, shouldn’t have worried. It’s fantastic and much more convenient, can be repositioned, no filter to change, the interior light is perfect not too bright. Amazing capacity, so easy to use would recommend this to everyone.

First impressions it looks good, it’s well built only slight criticism and it is picky. Not used to fridges or freezers making as much noise Super impressed with the delivery. The guys where brilliant they made it effortless. Packing taken off straps placed underneath and “walked” it into the kitchen. These things are not light. Advised me to lower stabilisers to take the wheels just off the floor to stop it from moving. Cheerful, friendly, careful and attentive. Very impressed with the delivery.

Nice product, sleek looking and quiet

Got off to a good start with the customer service pre arrival (change of delivery date) and the men who delivered it were brilliant. Appliance itself is fantastic, silent, plenty of room, and looks good. Water/ice dispenser works a treat.

Great looking fridge/freezer but be aware that the ice maker takes a day or two to work once you’ve filled the water tank. I thought it wasn’t working at first as there’s no info in the product guide. You also need to be aware that the ice maker takes up a lot of m room in the freezer and you can’t load up the shelf in front of this as the door won’t shut. You could also use an extra shelf or two in the freezer. It’s quieter than my old one except when it’s making ice. That can startle you a little when you first get it. And make sure the delivery men adjust the feet as my fridge was left moving around the floor every time I opened the door. The feet need to be adjusted so they both reach the floor, the fridge will be sturdier then. Overall a great buy, looks lovely in my house and there’s loads of fridge space. Good, easy and quick delivery from AO. Would recommend.
