Two screws for handle was missing. Rang the manufacturer and request. It took two weeks and to much disappointment, they sent only one screw. Still the freezer didn’t have handle and struggle to open the door. Very bad customers service full of negligence. Would not recommend this manufacturer.

It's drawers and top section are not as deep as my Beko one, but it does the job. As I'm a single pensioner and can't easily get to the shops at times the drawer sizes are adequate for me. Certainly has strong magnets on the door and took quite a while until easier door opening! All in all very pleased with purchase and I'd rate delivery and delivery men first class??

This freezer is quite deceiving, looks smaller and compact in size to what expected but can get an quite a lot inside. Loved the look of it and is quite light and can move it easily. Very Pleased with it.

Great replacement for the one I had

This product is excellent, exactly what I wanted, looks good, very efficient. Only fault was I had to attach the handle myself! (And it’s not frost-free, but that’s my fault for not checking). Very pleased with this purchase from ao.
