So far it’s fine. Low cost and it’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to do, freezes food quickly and properly.

I have bought several items from Ao including now my upright freezer the products themselves are really good value. They do exactly what they say on the box. freezer is spacious and looks good. Dimensions were accurate and the open shelf is a good addition for half used packets I would recommend this item for anyone who needs a large freezer but doesn't have lots of space.

Very easy to set up and level, got lots of room inside too. Great price for a great freezer. It isn’t frost free so as long as that doesn’t bother you then I’d definitely recommend. I bought this freezer to replace my old chest freezer and it’s the best thing I did! I already had a tall freezer anyway so when that one packs in, I’ll be replacing it with one of these!!

For a fairly reasonably priced freezer, it does what we need (overflow freezer in an outbuilding) However, bit disappointed in how quickly it frosts up. Will definitely need defrosting every month when I’ve was forming even in the first 24 hours. The drawers overall are good although the bottom drawer doesn’t seem to open very far making it difficult to put things in and out.

Our freezer is perfect. It’s exactly what we wanted. All the other places didn’t have any.
