The freezer is great very happy with that but unfortunately the delivery fell far short of what we paid for. It was 8-8.30pm before it came although we paid £20 for a delivery with a 3 hour slot. AO haven't even apologised or offered a delivery refund. With having a slot I went to the shops near the end of the slot and had several frozen products that I was waiting to transfer to the freezer.

Nice freezer. Spacious and quiet. Really efficient service from AO.com. Really easy to use and quick delivery times.

This slimline freezer is compact and spacious as i don't have a lot of space in my utility room just fits in the space.you can see what you have in it so you are not over buying also save's me many a trip to the shed were my old one used to reside

I have been needing a freezer for sometime and a friend recommended that I had a look on the AO website as they had recently bought white goods from them and were happy with their service. I managed to pick up this lovely 5 draw freezer in their sale at a reasonable price and I am really happy with it! Happy to recommend AO. I liked the way that I could track my delivery! Thank you!!

Lots of good communication on the day it was delivered. Delivery lads polite and efficient and a quality product. Great size and holds a lot more than you’d think. Couldn’t ask for more
